Simparica Trio is a convenient, monthly chewable tablet designed to provide comprehensive protection against heartworms, fleas, ticks, and intestinal parasites in dogs. This all-in-one solution combines three powerful active ingredients: sarolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel. Simparica Trio is easy to administer, highly palatable, and ensures your dog remains healthy and protected from a wide range of parasites.

Indications:

• Prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis)
• Treatment and control of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis)
• Treatment and control of tick infestations (Amblyomma americanum, Amblyomma maculatum, Dermacentor variabilis, Ixodes scapularis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus)
• Treatment and control of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)
• Treatment and control of hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Uncinaria stenocephala)

Dosage Information:

• Simparica Trio is available in different strengths based on your dog's weight:
  • 2.8 to 5.5 lbs: 3 mg sarolaner, 0.06 mg moxidectin, 12.5 mg pyrantel
  • 5.6 to 11 lbs: 6 mg sarolaner, 0.12 mg moxidectin, 25 mg pyrantel
  • 11.1 to 22 lbs: 12 mg sarolaner, 0.24 mg moxidectin, 50 mg pyrantel
  • 22.1 to 44 lbs: 24 mg sarolaner, 0.48 mg moxidectin, 100 mg pyrantel
  • 44.1 to 88 lbs: 48 mg sarolaner, 0.96 mg moxidectin, 200 mg pyrantel
  • 88.1 to 132 lbs: 72 mg sarolaner, 1.44 mg moxidectin, 300 mg pyrantel
• Administer one chewable tablet once a month based on your dog's weight.
• Can be given with or without food.

Administration:

1. Offer the chewable tablet directly to your dog as a treat.
2. If your dog refuses to eat the tablet, it can be mixed with a small amount of food.
3. Ensure the entire dose is consumed. If a dose is missed, give it as soon as you remember and resume monthly dosing.

Precautions:

• For use in dogs only. Not for use in cats or other animals.
• Do not use in dogs with known hypersensitivity to sarolaner, moxidectin, pyrantel, or any other ingredients in Simparica Trio.
• Consult your veterinarian before using this product in dogs with a history of seizures, pregnant or lactating dogs, or dogs with existing medical conditions.
• Store Simparica Trio at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
